Event Management

Also known as “Day of” or “Month of” Coordination

Already got your wedding checklist in hand and just need someone to put the finishing touches on everything? This one's for you! If you're a couple who’s totally hands-on, has your wedding binder prepped and ready to roll (or maybe just need one for venue requirements), we’ll swoop in 6-8 weeks before your big day to make sure every detail is locked and loaded. From crafting the ultimate timeline to working directly with your vendors and smoothing out any last-minute hiccups, we’re here to make sure your wedding day goes off without a hitch. Our mission? To take the stress out of your hands so you can kick back, relax, and enjoy every moment while we handle all the behind-the-scenes magic. Let’s make a toast to bringing your vision to life and ensuring everything flows seamlessly—so your day is as flawless as you’ve always imagined!

Services include: 

  • Unlimited email/text communication 

  • Online portal access

  • 3 meetings (kick-off, 8-12 weeks out, 30 days out) 

  • Handle vendor communication about 8 weeks out

  • Day of timeline curation and management 

  • Floor plan creation assistance 

  • Direct day of rehearsal walk-through 

  • On site wedding day management (up to 11 hours)

  • One assistant

  • Set up personal decor (menus, cake cutting set, guest book, photos, etc.) 

  • Manage all vendors from start to finish the day of 

  • Review any remaining vendor payments 

  • Emergency kit for wedding party

Partial Planning

Calling all couples who already have a clear vision and a good chunk of vendors locked down—this one's for you! If you're feeling ready to take things to the next level but could use a little expert guidance to make sure everything flows smoothly and feels uniquely you, we’ve got your back. Whether you’re navigating tricky decisions or adding the finishing touches to your plan, our partial planning services are designed to be as hands-on as you need them to be. So if you're looking for more than just event management and want a partner to help customize the details based on where you are in the planning process, look no further—we’ve got this covered!

Services include: 

  • Unlimited email/text communication

  • Up to 2 in person meetings to go over details 

  • Up to 5 zoom calls to plan and finalize 

  • A venue walk through after booking 

  • Contract review before booking your vendors

  • Assist with stationary and website wording  

  • Assisting choosing vendors 

  • Vendor takeover beginning 8–12 weeks prior to wedding day

Our Full-Service Wedding Planning package offers comprehensive support and guidance from the moment you get engaged until the final send-off of your wedding day.   • Schedule and attend vendor meetings

OUT OF TOWN’ERS (upon request)

  • Schedule group transportation for guests

  • Create, design and deliver hotel gift bags 

DAY OF

  • Conduct rehearsal walk through with wedding party/family

  • Oversee arrivals and set up for all vendors

Out-of-Towners

Got a bunch of out-of-town guests coming to celebrate? Let us handle the logistics! We’ll set up hotel blocks near your venue and even curate fun welcome bags for your guests to enjoy when they arrive.

Content Creation

We now offer exclusive Content Creation Services to ensure that every precious moment of your big day is captured and shared in style. From behind-the-scenes videos to stunning social media posts, our expert team will create tailor-made content that reflects your unique love story.

Bachelor/Bachelorette

Let us take care of all the details - hotel bookings, dinner reservations, VIP club tables - you name it! We will also work with a local business to bring your dream theme to life with stunning decor and all the extras!

Transportation

We’ve got your transportation covered! We will arrange shuttles to take your guests from the venue to the hotel, and we can even set up a fabulous getaway car (or something extra special) for the bride and groom to make your exit unforgettable.
